Nivada Grenchen offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage-inspired craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
